All @ross events take place on the majestic grounds of the Ross Upper School campus in East Hampton, NY. The Center for Well-Being at Ross School will house nearly all of the @ross events. This structure has many performance spaces and is known for its light-filled rooms.

PARKING

*Please note that parking arrangements for all @ross events are subject to change. Please continue to check back prior to each event for the most updated information.

All guests attending @ross events will receive valet parking, located in front of the Ross School Center for Well Being on Goodfriend Drive - off of Route 114 - in East Hampton, NY. Valet attendants will direct all traffic as needed. Following each event, guests may return to the front of the Center for Well-Being to retrieve their cars.

Drop-offs and pick-ups are permitted in front of the Center for Well-Being, however no parking or long-term standing is allowed on Goodfriend Drive at any time.


TRANSPORTATION

BY CAR:

From West:
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to Exit 70 Manorville-Route 111. Follow this route south (to the right) onto Sunrise Highway. Follow Sunrise Highway east (it becomes county road 39 in Southampton) to its end at the traffic light intersection. At the light turn left (east) onto Montauk Highway, Route 27; continue through the villages of Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Wainscott. After Wainscott, turn left onto Stephen Hands Path, and left again onto E. Hampton Sag Harbor Turnpike, Route 114. Take 114 down to Goodfriend Drive and make a left. You will see a sign for Ross School. @ross parking attendants will direct you to the Drop-Off location at the Center for Well-Being (20 Goodfriend Drive).

From East:
Driving west on Main Street in East Hampton, turn right at the flagpole onto Buell Lane, continuing driving straight to the first traffic light at Stephen Hands Path, at this point the road becomes Route 114. Follow Route 114 for 2 miles, turning left on Goodfriend Drive. You will see a sign for Ross School. @ross parking attendants will direct you to the Drop-Off location at the Center for Well-Being (20 Goodfriend Drive).

BY TRAIN/BUS:

What is @ross?
@ross is a month-long, multi-faceted event series taking place at Ross School in East Hampton. Showcasing a dynamic array of programs and featuring hot celebrity talent, @ross will entertain and excite with each event.

When are the events?
@ross events begin August 9, 2008 and run through the end of the month. Please see list of events for all dates and times.

Where are the events held?
All events are held on the Ross Upper School campus at 18 Goodfriend Drive in East Hampton. Most events will take place in the Center for Well-Being Great Hall.

TICKETING FAQ

Is there a box office onsite?
Yes, should tickets still be available on the day of each event, a box office will reside on-site.  Please keep in mind that all @ross events are unique, intimate experiences and therefore have limited availability.  Please visit http://summer08.ross.org or call 888-877-8499 prior to your arrival to ensure ticket availability.

Is there a will call onsite?
All guests are required to bring their print-at-home ticket with them, however, our on site Ticketing Liason will be able to assist with any extenuating circumstances that may arise.

What does the price of my ticket go toward?
Ticket sales will benefit Ross School programs and scholarships, with each individual event benefitting a corresponding Ross School department and its students. For example, THEATER @ROSS will support the Theater program at Ross School.

What portion of my ticket is tax deductible?
A portion of all tickets are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. Please refer to each event description for specifics.

Are there refunds?
Due to the charitable nature of this event, all sales are final.

Are tickets transferable to others?
Yes, please call ticketing services at 888-877-8499 for more information.

Can I exchange tickets for a different event?
Because each @ross event is specifically designed for a precise number of attendees, no exchanges will be permitted.
